The screenshot below shows a small example of several matched and unmatched songs from a TuneSync project.
- "Brass Monkey" differs only in play count, so the number 3 is marked in purple, as is the status.
- "Groove Holmes" has been fully synchronized, having had its artist, album and rating updated. From this view, it's impossible to tell in which library the changes were made, but remember that changes are only marked in blue in a library view if the change was made to that library. Regardless of status, the display will include "(modified)" if any changes have been made.
- "License to Ill" differs only in rating, so the rating is marked in purple.
- Both entries for "Namaste" are unmatched and are marked in silver.
- "Sabrosa" has different song data (Artist and Album), marked in red, and different user data (Rating), marked in purple. The artist has already been resolved, so it is marked in blue and the status is includes "(modified)". The status, however, is still "Song data differs" because the Album is different and song data differences are more important that user data differences. If the Album were to be resolved, then the song would have the status User data differs and be marked purple instead of red.
