Project Files

TuneSync stores all your settings in a project file, which contains the names and locations of the two libraries as well as the last match and synchronization settings used in the project. The names of the libraries are there to help you remember which file is which; use the names of the users to whom or computers to which they belong.

These project files are stored, by default, in {MyDocuments}\TuneSync Projects. Application preferences, like filter, column and sort settings are stored there as well, in a file call TuneSyncPreferences.xml. You are free to save projects to whichever location you like. Use the commands in the File menu, like New..., Open, Save, and Save As... to work with projects.

When restarted, TuneSync automatically loads the last open project and automatically starts loading the library files for it. There is no way to turn this off, but you can always cancel the loading process and open another project.
