The Worst American Fast Food
Description
The 20 Worst Foods in America 2009 catalogs exactly that. The listings are nearly unbelievable, especially the number one entry. It is the Baskin Robbins Large Chocolate Oreo Shake, which boasts the following characteristics:

2,600 calories
135 g fat (59 g saturated fat, 2.5 g trans fats)
263 g sugars
1,700 mg sodium
73 ingredients (or more)

That's a whole day's worth of calories and three days' worth of fat in a container that can be slurped empty in less than ten minutes. Not that 263g is equal to over half a pound. That's more than half a pound of sugar in your shake.
There are other standouts, but nothing that approaches the shake for sheer awfulness. The pizza, Uno Chicago Grill Chicago Classic Deep Dish Pizza also has a day's worth of calories:

2,310 calories
162 g fat
123 g carbohydrates
4,470 mg sodium

Check out the sodium; Almost two days worth in one pizza! The worst burger, Chili’s Smokehouse Bacon Triple-The-Cheese Big Mouth Burger with Jalapeno Ranch Dressing, has almost the exact same characteristics:

2,040 calories
150 g fat (53 g saturated)
110 g protein
4,900 mg sodium

A rule-of-thumb one can glean from the "foods" above is to avoid any entrée that has more than two or three words in its name.
