Smith">Notre Dame Cathedral will never be the same, but it can be rebuilt</a>: <bq>In a statement, French Prime Minister Emmanuel Macron vowed to the rebuild the cathedral, beginning with a national donation program to raise funds for the effort.</bq> Did Macron just suggest using GoFundMe to fund the rebuilding of Notre Dame? Is France not collecting taxes anymore?
