Was there provocation in Russia's case? Yes, there was. Is that justification for the invasion? No, it is not. There is no justification for any invasion. Was there provocation in Panama, Grenada, or Cuba? In the case of Cuba, yes, there was provocation. In Grenada and Panama, it was just meanness, on the part of the U.S.
