Heat the oil in the saucepan, add the onion and fry for 3 minutes until softened. Add tomatoes, tomato paste, sugar, vinegar, paprika, mustard and stock. bring to boil, stirring, then reduce the heat and simmer, uncovered for 20 minutes until reduced slightly. add the drained beans and simmer another 15-20 minutes, covered,unitl thick, then season with salt and pepper. Serve on toast, Lembas bread or a baked potato with chopped parsley on top.
