Cranberry Orange Bread (14 of 26)

great for breakfast
you can use the muffin pan too
muffins are great for the guy on the run
Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- 1 tbs baking powder
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 cup orange juice
- ½ cup margarine or butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1¼ cups coarsely chopped cramberries
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
Instructions
- combine dry ingredients add juice, margarine and eggs
- mix untill moistened
- stir in cranberries and nuts
- pour into greased 9 × 5 loaf pan
- bake 350 for 1 hr 15 min or
- until wooded pick inserted in middle comes out clear
