this is a very refreshing cake especially good in the summertime.
- 1 white cake mix
- 2 pkgs. instant pistachio pudding
- ½ cup oil
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup milk
- 5 eggs
- ½ cup chopped nuts
Bake 1 hr @ 350
Frost with frosting made from
½ pint heavy cream
1 pkg pistachio instant pudding
1 small container cool whip. Mix together and frost.
